From Brief to Handover: Inside Our 6-Stage Process

Every Naz Interiors project follows the same six stages. Not because we are rigid, but because this structure is what allows us to deliver consistently across very different project types, budgets, and timelines.

Here is exactly what happens from the moment you contact us to the day we hand over your completed space.

Stage 1: Consultation

We visit your space. Every time, without exception. We cannot design for a room we have not stood in. This first meeting is a conversation — we listen more than we talk. What do you want the space to feel like? How do you use it day to day? What has not worked in the past?

We ask questions that most clients have not been asked before. The answers shape everything that follows.

Stage 2: Brief and Scope

After the consultation we produce a written brief and project scope. This document defines exactly what is included, what the timeline looks like, and what the investment level will be. Nothing starts until this is agreed and signed.

Stage 3: Concept Design

Mood boards, initial layouts, material direction, colour palette. We present two or three directions and work with you to identify which one resonates. This stage can take one round of feedback or five — we stay in it until the direction is right.

Stage 4: Design Development

Full 3D renders, technical drawings, material specifications, furniture schedules. This is the complete blueprint for your project. By the end of this stage there should be no surprises — you should know exactly what you are getting.

Stage 5: Execution

Our fitout team begins on site. We run weekly site visits and send photo updates throughout. Every trade is managed by us — you do not need to coordinate between contractors.

Stage 6: Handover

We walk the finished space with you. Any snagging items are addressed before we consider the project complete. We do not hand over a project we are not satisfied with.
